Friday: Take Everything to God

Scripture: Philippians 4:6–7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Devotional Excerpt: Peace is often forfeited not because God withholds it—but because we don’t ask for it. We carry worries, stresses, and fears that God invites us to hand over. Prayer isn’t weakness; it’s dependence. When we seek God first through prayer, His peace stands guard over our hearts and minds, even before circumstances change.

Reflection: What burden have you been carrying on your own that God is asking you to release?

Action: Write down everything weighing on your heart. One by one, pray over each item and surrender it to God.

Prayer: Father, I give You my worries and fears. Fill me with Your peace as I trust You with every detail of my life. Amen.
