Today’s Topic: The Process of Walking with God
Passage: 1 Kings 2:1-2
"When David’s time to die drew near, he commanded Solomon his son, saying, 'I am about to go the way of all the earth. Be strong, and show yourself a man.'"
David's words to Solomon sum up the reality that life is a journey requiring strength and maturity. As believers, we are reminded that success isn't about reaching a certain milestone but engaging in a continuous walk with God. Our culture often views success as a destination—like earning a degree, landing a dream job, or acquiring material possessions. However, in God's kingdom, success is more a process of daily walking in His ways and developing our relationship with Him.
It’s important that we remember this every day: “God designed us for relationships, not trophies”. Our walk with Him is not about reaching a final achievement but growing closer to Him through every season. Whether you're facing challenges or celebrating victories, consider how each moment can draw you nearer to God's heart. Reflect on areas in your life where you may have been chasing accomplishments instead of embracing the journey with God.
Action Step: Spend time today reflecting on your relationship with God and how you can incorporate His presence into your daily life.

Prayer:
Lord, help me see my life as a journey with You, embracing each step rather than just focusing on the destination. Give me the strength and maturity to walk closely with You and trust Your process. Amen.
