Saturday: Walking in Purpose

BIG IDEA: It's better to be lonely and following God than popular and following the world.

Scripture Reading: Ephesians 3:20 (ESV)

"Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,"

It’s a shame that we settle as much as we do. God has a greater plan than we do. But when we get caught up in the things of the world, it can be hard to see His plan or even discern what His plan might be. God's purpose for our lives often defies worldly expectations. Like Elijah, we find our most fulfilling purpose when aligned with God's will. When we follow God's path, His power works within us to achieve things beyond our imagination. This purpose assures us that we are never truly alone as we walk with Him.

Our life's purpose includes standing out boldly and uniquely for God. When facing the pressures of conformity, remember that with God, our lives are set apart to achieve great things through His power.

You are Never Truly Alone: The Holy Spirit empowers our purpose, ensuring we walk in alignment with God’s plan. He equips us with supernatural strength for the journey, reminding us of our profound partnership with Him.

Action Step: Reflect on your life’s purpose in God. Consider the ways He is calling you to live out His plan with courage and intentionality. Write down practical ways to align your daily life with His purpose.

Prayer: Lord, help me to see the lamp of your Word as you light up my steps. Help me to see the light to my path. Help me to hear your gentle whisper in a world where everything and everyone else seems to be screaming. And please guide me in Your plan above my own. In Jesus name, Amen.
